My food blogger friend Sandhya Hariharan’s Christmas Gift Guide tempted me to write this post. I was hesitant to do this post as I am not paid by any companies. Then I thought what’s harm in sharing the things I loved and gifted this year.
Again, this is not a sponsored post.

Christmas Gift Guide For beverage lovers

- Local Coffee
- Espresso pods
Christmas Gift Guide For skin conscious
- A gift basket from your favorite shop. I have a few personal favorites – L’OCCITANE, Origins, Lush, Body Shop.
However I never gift makeup gift baskets – as they are very much personalized.
Christmas Gift Guide For someone local or colleagues:
- Flowers
- Homemade baked goods
- Nuts Mixes
- Fruit baskets (for them who prefers healthy)
- Organic Nut mixtures (unless the person has nut allergy)
Anyone and everyone love chocolates. If you’re buying gift for someone who lives thousands of mile far from you – Local Chocolates is your best bet. I only trust Lake Champlain Chocolates and L.A. Burdick.
It’s okay to give gift cards or checks with a handwritten note or inside a holiday card.
One last thing I want to mention! Don’t give gifts just because you have to. Many times I got gifts from people, which I could not end up using. I ended up donating them. In that case, just give a handwritten note – trust me gesture matters – not a clunky tea mug.
All of my gift options are under 50.
Here are a couple of other gift options from other bloggers:
- Sandhya’s gift options.
- Paroma’s gift options
- Prerna’s edible gifts
- Neha’s food gifts
- Pavani’s gift idea
Thats an awesome gift list!! the copper measurers and the spoon ones are my fav of the lot… great compilation.
